Estudió diseño gráfico en la Universidad de Quebec, Montreal. Su trabajo como ilustradora le ha merecido el reconocimiento internacional, con numerosos premios y distinciones, entre ellos el prestigioso Governor General de literatura infantil de Canadá. Su estilo está impregnado de sensibilidad y delicadeza que atrae por igual a niños y adultos. En la actualidad colabora con numerosos periódicos y revistas de Norteamérica y reside en Montreal con su marido y sus dos hijos.
